Ok, so it's Valentines Day... I'm not going to be the usual cliche of either moaning about men or basking in a love fest... since I'm single, as a few of my friends are, we decided that we should have a night all about the girls! We drank mimosas, made and ate pizza and polished off a homemade peach pie with haagan dazs ice cream while listening to Billie Holiday. I couldn't of asked for a more perfect way to spend Valentines. And even though a romantic date with a gorgeous man would have been lovely, I did find myself thinking that singledom completes you more than a relationship, no change or compromise required just friends, laughter and your own happiness...
